Frequently Asked Questions
Who is eligible to take part in the Art Challenge?
All YPOers, their family members, including their children, YNG Community, and their friends and associates. Submissions must be made by a YPO member, although they may submit work on behalf of a group that consists of other members, family, friends, and members of their wider community.
Who can submit the artwork? .
· Submissions must be made by the YPO member
· There are no limits on the number of submissions per Chapter.
What format can work be submitted in?
· If you are submitting a visual art piece (painting, drawing, sculpture or installation for example), we require a high-resolution image (3600 x 2200 pixels)
· A video of at least 90 seconds and no more than 3 minutes, for film and performance art or installation pieces
· A document of up to 2,000 words for Literature submissions (there is no minimum number of words)
How long is the Art Challenge open for?
The Art Challenge will close on 31st January 2022, after which we will not be accepting any new works of art.
· During February and March 2022 there will be a public vote and the chance for all YPO members to get involved and connect with others in the Challenge.
· During February and March 2022 the Jury will also select individual submissions on a long list and a short list and the final Awards will be announced in April 2022.
